These meals can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months, although we strongly recommend consuming them within 1 month to enjoy the best quality, as we do not use any preservatives. If stored in the fridge, please consume them within 2-3 days.
We know how frustrating it can be when your little one refuses food. It can often take 10 - 20 times of exposing your little one to a new food before they eat it. It's all part of palate training and perfectly normal. A method that you could try is to mix a new flavor with a familiar one to help ease your little one into trying new flavors.
Even if your little one doesn't eat a new food, it is important for them to see, smell and touch it. Remember: Exposure doesn't equal eating. It can take a while before your little one is willing to put new food into their mouth.
Also do note that your little one's taste buds change every three months, so what they like is going to evolve quite a bit! It can get frustrating but it is common and definitely normal for your little one to suddenly reject a meal you know they love. Do not give up! Sometimes letting them select their meal from the freezer/fridge makes them feel empowered by being involved.
